Please call for special requests or room upgrade pricing. If you have an idea, there is a very good chance that we can accommodate your wishes A 25% down payment is required to initiate booking, included in this will be a nonrefundable deposit of $500 per room. The nonrefundable deposit will increase by $500 for each room that is booked with your group. The balance is due after confirmation of your booking and not less than 14 calendar days before arrival date.
Any cancellation received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (U.S.) two calendar days before the arrival date in Moscow will result in a refund of the purchase price minus the $500 nonrefundable deposit per room. If the cancellation is received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time two calendar days before the arrival date (and through arrival date), an additional fee of $250 will be subtracted from any refund (a total of $750 per room booked subtracted any refund). After arrival date, there will be no refund due to cancellation.
